5. Storage of access data

(1) Each time you access our website, access data is stored in a log file on the server of our provider.

(2) This data set consists e.g. from your IP address, the date and time of the request, the name of the requested file, the transferred file size and the access status, a description of the web browser and operating system used and the name of your Internet service provider.

(3) These data are collected for technical reasons. An evaluation takes place exclusively for statistical purposes and without personal reference (visitor numbers and page popularity). A deletion takes place automatically after 14 days at the latest.

6. Collection of personal data for informational use

8. Contact form

If there is a contractual relationship, we are subject to the statutory retention periods according to HGB and delete your data after these deadlines.

(2) We protect our contact form with Friendly Captcha in our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 f) GDPR. Friendly Captcha generates a unique crypto puzzle for each user device. As soon as the user starts to fill out a form, it is solved fully automatically. Solving the puzzle usually takes a few seconds. The technical validation mechanism of Friendly Captcha GmbH, Germany is handled by the provider Cloudflare Inc., US. Your IP address is transmitted, anonymized and stored for this purpose. Cloudflare Inc. has joined the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

9. Google Translate

Our website offers the option of using the information provided in another language. For this purpose, this website uses the translation service Google Translate via an API. The provider of the service is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

The Google Translate service will only be activated on our website if you have agreed to the "Google Translate" option in the consent banner. The legal basis is your consent within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. In addition to your IP address, the URL of the page visited and any other data will also be transmitted to Google. We have no influence on the data collected and data processing operations. We are also not aware of the scope of data collection, the purposes and the storage periods.

10. Social media and integration of services

We use websites in social networks to communicate with customers, interested parties and active users and to be able to inform them about us.

It is possible that user data may also be processed outside the European Union. This could result in risks for the users, because the enforceability of their own rights could be more difficult. With regard to US providers who are certified according to the EU-US Privacy-Shield, we would like to point out that they are committed to comply with the data protection standards of the EU.

In addition, user data may be processed for analysis purposes. Thus, profiles can be created from the user behaviour and through the derived interests of the users. These profiles can be used, for example, to place advertisements inside and outside the platforms that probably correspond to the interests of the users. For these purposes, cookies may be stored on the users' computers, in which the usage behaviour, the interests of the users and/or also the length of stay are stored.

The processing of the users' personal data is based on our legitimate interests in effective information of the users and communication with the users in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f.) DSGVO. If the users are asked by the respective network providers to give their consent to the aforementioned data processing, the legal basis of the processing is Art. 6 Par. 1 lit. a.).

Furthermore, within our online offer, we also use content or service offers from third parties on the basis of our legitimate interests (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimisation and economic operation of our online offer within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f.) DSGVO) in order to integrate their content and services, such as videos.

We secure our website and other systems by appropriate technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification or dissemination of your data by unauthorized persons. Despite regular checks, full protection against all dangers is not possible.
